How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your spooky package as it makes its way to you.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! That's definitely not the kind of haunting we want.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review it and work with you to make it right.
Can I return my order?
We want you to love your Wicked & Wonder finds!
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We do our best to catch order changes before they disappear into the night!
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Are your products available year-round?
Some are — but many of our favorite spooky finds are seasonal or limited quantity.
Once they're gone, they may disappear until next Halloween.
Do you offer discounts for buying multiple items?
Absolutely! We love a good Halloween haul.
